u88my's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
u88my reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon termination for breach, u88my reserves the right to retain any Funds in the Account pending investigation. Verified balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Member through the original deposit method following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

Material amendments will be notified to Members via email or on-platform notification no less than 7 days prior to taking effect, where practicable.
